We are right on the BEACH ! Located on the quiet west end, Pinnacle Port Resort is a family-oriented private complex in a gated community situated on a 26 acre site between the Gulf of Mexico and 800 acre Lake Powell. Pinnacle Port is between Carrillon Beach, a community of prestigious private homes and Camp Helen State Park, a wildlife preserve. Golf and attractions are close by. Pinnacle Port also offers guests free amenities which include: - Two outdoor Pools and Saunas - Fishing Pier & Boat Dock on Lake Powell - Children's playground and game room - Lighted Tennis Courts - Basketball Court - Exercise Room & Sauna - Shuffleboard Court - Picnic & Grilling Area - Beach chairs and umbrellas available for a fee

for Rental of Privately Owned Residences
This agreement constitutes a contract between the person or persons registered (individually or collectively referred to as the "Renter") and Vacation Rentals as "Agent," to rent the premises described. The conditions, limitations, and restrictions described therein are included as part of this agreement, including departure date and check-in and checkout hours.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is 4 p.m. (CST) ~ Checkout is 10 a.m. Late check-outs are subject to a discretionary service charge.
Cleaning Fee: See cleaning fee above.
Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fee will be required if made OVER 60 days from rental. Cancellations made between 30 & 60 days forfeit the $200 deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of rental are subject to the Full Rental Rate.
Premises, furnishings and equipment: Renter understands that the premises and its furnishings are privately owned. Neither the agent nor the owner of the premises shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not available presently on the premises. In the event of a failure of the heating and air conditioning systems of, or a major appliance in the premises, and the agent is unable to secure timely repairs thereof after notice of failure from renter, a rate adjustment may be made at the discretion of the Rental Manager, upon submission of a work order by the renter.
Damage: Renter agrees to reimburse owner for any damages to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment and household items therein, which occur during renter's occupancy excluding normal wear and tear. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed in rental units, except those with seeing impairment.

Condo was super cute, great pool and just steps away from beach. Our view was great. My only issue was the steps as it is a town house 2 story and I didn’t realize it when I booked, but it actually wasn’t all that bad. Would recommend to others. Owner is very responsive. Loved the keyless entry.

Less crowded and pleasant people all over.close to the store and awesome places to eat nearby. I would stay here again and again .

Excellent Place!
We spent New Years in Mr. Price’s condo, and it was marvelous! My family and I felt right at home, and everything was so clean and fully stocked with items. We already miss it but we hope to be back one day. Thank you Mr. Price!
