Winter vacation Jan and Feb

Mitch was very attentive and responsive. The home is very nice and everything you would hope for in a vac rental, would definitely stay again. The pool was kept very clean and was very private. New kitchen, and appliances. Was able to wake up to multiple birds singing. Had a great time.

Perfect spot!

Wonderfully private and peaceful. We have rented this property for winter for the past 5 yrs. and loved it. Just bought our own home. Clothes and food are all you need. This house is equipped with everything you will need. Wonderful large pool and cage and plenty of shaded lanai space. Owner is great to work with and has done major upgrades/renovations each year. House is immaculate and is located just 14 minutes from beautiful Englewood beach. Supermarkets, drug stores, Walmart all within 10 minutes and restaurants everywhere. This rental is a little piece of paradise!
