No refunds of fees or deposits will be issued if you cancell the reservation less than three months before starting the lease (Force majeure excepted).
The safety deposit will be refunded within 15 business days following the lease's conclusion.

This condo is well located in close proximity to Naples downtown and local beaches. I stayed here during a work contract and found the hospital to be conveniently located for commuting. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with a lovely community pool and gym. The condo itself is clean and comfortable for a 3 month stay. Silvia was easy to communicate with and helped us to quickly address any small issues as they came up. I enjoyed our time here and would gladly return if ever working in Naples again.

this end unit is located on the top floor of a second story building. The entire complex is kept clean and management is helpful and friendly. Many of the people are return seasonal renters due to the close proximity to shopping, beaches and attractions, the complex itself offers many activities held within and outside the complex;tennis, pool, fitness room, club house, golf, bowling.The owner promptly answers or addresses any inquiries you may have. The unit is equipped with the necessities to start you off on your vacation, such as dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. the unit has two tv;s one in the living room and one in the bedroom and has many channels. the balcony off of the living room is an excellent place to have morning coffee or enjoy the evening sun. I thoroughly enjoyed my three month stay.Enjoy your stay
