220' dock on deep water and the pool, does not have a safety fence, so not suitable for any pets/animals or small children under age 8.

$200 cleaning fees, this fee includes some paper products, soaps, detergents, shampoos, linens and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cooler, in the kitchen we include coffee, teas and spices, and more for your entire stay. Maintenance of the pool is also included in the cleaning.
