About this rental
This fabulous canal-front home located on famous Lido Key is a boater's dream. This home is well appointed with outdoor fire pit, pool, recliners, chairs, and a dining table. Please note that the front gate has been removed and a new picture is will be posted. The kitchen is equipped with an extra refrigerator/freezer and independent ice maker. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a 65 inch in the family room.
This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental.
You will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with door access code. No need to meet or pick up keys!

There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida's Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, and Selby Botanical Gardens. Walk 200 yards to St. Armand's for fine dining, shopping, or night out.
ANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire duration of said reservation, we will refund all money except for 18% of the rent for administrative fees. Boaters please note if you plan to dock a boat at the house; In order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will have to clear the Ringling Relief located under south Blvd of the Presidents. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.

Standard Cancelation policy: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 18% of the rental amount for processing fees.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
In the event guests are unable to reach their rental destination due to Florida State or US Federal Government Travel Restrictions within 60 days prior, owner will offer the choice of a credit or full refund. The credit or refund will only be available if the travel restrictions are current at the time of request. A credit or refund will not be considered if travel restrictions are imposed after the arrival date.

The house was in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach and St Armands Circle yet peaceful and quiet. The outlook from the patio area across the pool to the water was so beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. Jennifer was responsive to messages and when a trademan had to attend the property she was kind enough to let us know. Tea, coffee and ice all waiting for us when we arrived along with a good supply of essentials, dishwasher tablets, soap, shampoo, toilet rolls, salt, pepper and napkins. Very welcoming. Would visit again without a doubt.

This was a 3 generation vacation with 2 teenage boys. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool and fishing dock were used hard. This is a great house for all ages. There were 2 fishing rods there to use. The boys loved being able to fish whenever they wanted. There were 2 manatees that visited in the evenings which made it extra special. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. There were plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and just about anything you could want. No kayak or paddle board which would have been nice because the house is on a canal. The beach was beautiful but not enough waves for the kids. We found many conch shells. The water clear and clean and the sand is like powder! The town of St. Armands is only 2 blocks away. The circle has great shops and dining. We went there often. We rented a golf cart to get around town but didn’t need it at all. Besides the traffic circles being harrowing, everything was so close. Jennifer was a great host. Answered questions quickly.

Awesome location: Awesome home layout
This house is wonderful. Location and layout of the home are even better. Twin beds, in one room however, are definitely for kids (who don’t care about comfort). Unfortunately we had adults in those beds. They quickly noted the lumps and bumps.A few issues for us (but not everyone): the air in the is somewhat damp. I think the owner his addressing duct work and roof issues which will be resolved quickly. In addition only Melanie plastic plates were available for dining. Kinda a bummer. Bikes are uncomfortable and not for adults. No kayaks. But plenty of beach chairs and pool floats.
