We had a wonderful time in Aleksandra’s house in Nokomis. The house is well-equipped, and the neighborhood has all the amenities we were looking for. Especially enjoyed pickleball and access to the Legacy Trail. Well-maintained development just two miles from beautiful Nokomis Beach. Good restaurants nearby and close to Sarasota and Venice.

The home was lovely, clean, spacious and the location was well situated for us. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and travel around the area. This gated community had amenities such as a pool, hot tub and gym. Friendly people in the community and our host, Aleksandra, was very attentive and helpful. We loved our stay and will be back again next year!

Our family rented this beautiful home over the winter and were very happy. The beach and grocery store were only a few minutes away. We loved that the development was on the bike trail because we were able to bike to Venice or to many of the parks along the trail. We also loved the pool and the other amenities such as the bocci and pickle ball courts. The owner was very helpful in resolving any issue or answering any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Nokomis/Venice area of Florida.
