Great location for the parks, golf or anything you want to do in the Orlando area. 8BDR, 8BR worked well for our golf group. Owner was extremely great to work with, made it very easy to rent from them. Management company was also good to work with and took care of any problems we may have had. The only complaint is that the pool/spa pump is on a 12 hour timer. It's starts at 8:30am and turns off at 8:30pm. Temps are able to reach a good temperature to be used before heading out for golf. Heat pumps are very temperature sensitive, so if temps fall into the 60's they don't work well. Temperature got to a good hot tub temperature only twice during our stay. Otherwise the villa is great.

Stunning and luxurious definitely describes this home! Tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious, amazing location close to shops and restaurants. A very quiet and secure gated community, easy check in and great hosts.. Would definitely book it again and recommend it to others.The only negative thing I could complain about and It didn't matter was the fact that there was no xmas tree or decorations.Katrinka Q

We stayed here at the end of April 2021. It’s a nice place to stay. And would stay again without hesitation! My only recommendations are to power wash screen, patio furniture, driveway and walkway and include the pool heat fee in nightly fee! It’s worth it and the cost would still be reasonable! We had no issues during our 4 night stay. We loved the place!

many thanks for your review, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. The patio gets jet washed twice a year and is due one this month. Pool heat is expensive and we have to charge a small extra for it. Some guests don't want pool heat as they don't use the pool, so would not be good for them if we include heat in the rental rate.
