This condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor with great views of the sugar white sandy beach and tropical fun pool deck from your private oversized balcony. This condo comes with beach service which includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely free to you!

The condo is decorated with a beachy comfort feel. The condo is fully furnished and ready for enjoyment and relaxation. The condo has a new living room sofa/sleeper, loveseat, and chair. It also, has a brand new HE Samsung washer and dryer for you to use. The condo comes with queen bed in the guest and a bunk bed closet in the main living area. The master bedroom has a king bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass doors to the balcony. Linens and towels are provided. Full kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and appliances are provided. This condo has breakfast bar, dining area, living area, and 2 full bathrooms.

Treasure Island has a fitness center and Liza's Munches on the pool deck for your convenience. Each condo comes with a personal numbered parking space.

Treasure Island Resort is located on the east end of the beach, walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. Great restaurants like Captain Andersons, Andy's Flour Power, J Michael's, and Scampy's are very close for your dining pleasure. As the locals know, Schooners, and Patches Pub and Grill (both are walking distance) will offer great food, drinks, fun, and music.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $20 one time registration fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
