Perfect if you need room to spread out in the villa, a very private pool and spa, and a quiet residential neighborhood. Great opportunities for walking, running or biking in the beautiful Gateway area. Easy access to local stores and services. The owner (Neil) was extremely responsive and helpful. We would gladly return.

We are 1 1/2 weeks into our vacation for the month of February, 2020 and couldn’t be more pleased with everything about this house. It is clean, well stocked and in a great location - close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The heated pool and hot tub are fantastic, and the water view and privacy make it very relaxing. Many thanks to Marianne for being so helpful and accommodating. She made sure everything was set for our arrival, and even met us at the property to get us settled. She was very responsive to all questions since our arrival. We would definitely like to rent this house again for our 2021 winter vacation.Jim and Diana McGinnis
