Our condo is located at Majestic Beach Tower 1 on the 9th floor.
It is in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants.
Our 1,187 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, and separate toilet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size beds and the third bedroom has bunk bed twin size. For additional sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Every room has cable Smart TV and own DVDs. We also provide a collection of DVDs and books.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
Free internet (Wi-Fi) is available in the condo and accessible throughout the pool area, lobby, and common areas of the Resort.
We included BEACH CHAIR SERVICE free for you, two lounges & umbrella for each day of your stay!
The Majestic Beach resort offers 650 feet of wide beach and the amenities on-site makes it one of the best resorts on the beach.
It has 2 large indoor pools and 3 outdoor pools (2 heated), 2 hot-tubs and a wading pool with a waterfall.
The onsite fitness center has state of the art equipment as well as a sauna and steam room with gulf views.
Majestic Beach Towers also feature a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, tennis court, Starbucks Coffee, a poolside bistro and bar, free covered garage parking and 24 hour security.

About the host: We are originally from Austria and came to US more than 25 years ago at company’s request to work at its headquarter in Atlanta. We moved with our 3 sons (now 30, 28, 26) while our latest member of the family, now 15 years old, was born here.
When renting our condos our main desire is to make our friends and guests feel as comfortable as at home. We feel the same when spending time with our kids at the condo and on the beach.
Most important for us is to establish a personal contact with our guests and we try to make ourselves available at any time in case there are questions or anything unexpected happens. Most of our guests are returning folks from all over US with whom we established personal connections.
Why this property? We enjoy being directly on the beach, being very close to grocery stores and other shopping. We also enjoy the large balcony overlooking the beach for coffee in the morning and meals in the evening. We especially like the direct access from our condo to the indoor and outdoor pools and from there directly to the beautiful , wide BEACH. The resort is always well kept and security ensures everyone's safety.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean! Normally when we rent a condo, we can still feel sand on our feet from previous renters but not this one. I could actually walk around barefoot and my feet still feel clean! The view was absolutely amazing! Pia was wonderful to rent from! Always responded to my emails, sent us our deposit back within one day of being back. I will most defiantly rent from them in the future! The ocean waters were closed the whole time we were there due to the strong current from the hurricanes which was unfortunate but the weather was beautiful and we still enjoyed ourselves. Dolphin's showed out for us every evening. The elevators were right beside our door and we were closest to the pool and beach access. The parking garage was a bit of a walk but that didn't bother us! We cant wait to come back!

I love staying at the Majestic and this particular unit was the beat we’ve ever been in. Clean, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for my family of 4, and due to Covid, we spent plenty of time in the well appointed condo! They even had a cashe of movies that we were able to watch! Thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Would love to rent this one again!
