High ceilings, crown molding, travertine tile, adjustable recessed LED lighting, plush area rugs, original artwork, imported Italian leather custom sofas and high end furnishings help make this vacation home extra special. Four spacious bedrooms, en-suite baths, walk-in closets with ceiling fans in each bedroom, give an open tropical feel. The master bedroom/master bath wing has a custom sliding barn door for added noise reduction and privacy. One queen and one double twin with distant water views gives everyone room to spread out. Air conditioning/heating is zoned for added comfort. All beds are platform beds with high quality gel memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a remote controlled flat screen TV. The living room has a 65" smart TV with surround sound. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, convection double ovens, five burner electric stove top, dishwasher, microwave and is fully outfitted for those who like to cook and bake including high quality cookware. Two stainless steel refrigerators each with an ice maker, insures you have plenty of cold storage and ice. Matching large capacity washer and dryer in laundry room with pocket door allows for laundry to be done any time, without excess noise. Top rated reverse osmosis water filtration system provides excellent tasting and safe drinking water. The retractable, remote control screens can be lowered and the glass panels pushed back to open the entire rear of the home to the outdoors and increase the living space.
Watch dolphins, manatees, eagles, osprey, sea turtles and stingray swim by as you relax poolside. The pool area has an outdoor shower for your convenience. Refundable Security Deposit returned within 14 Days of departure unless excessive damage reported. Long term stays (1 month or more) require Interim (every 2 week) light cleaning.
Reservation is secured only when signed Vacation Rental Agreement and Booking Deposit (50% of total) has been received by Homeowner. Balance due (including Refundable Damage Deposit) 45 days prior to arrival.

Why this property? Uniquely situated, this house is on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on three sides by water. The location, panoramic views, privacy and quality maintenance of the entire property offers a remarkable experience. My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and place to retire to when the time came. We looked at many properties but as soon as we walked into this house, we knew we this was the place for us. The VIEWS!!! No other house came close. No matter where you are on the property, water is visible. We love the privacy that this property offers. Many houses in Cape Coral have narrow canals where the surrounding neighbors are able to see and hear everything their neighbors do. The noise traveling across the narrow canals was not appealing to us! We like to relax with family and friends enjoying our time without feeling like we are on display. Direct, quick access to the open water was another reason. This is a direct Gulf of Mexico access/no bridges saltwater lake located off the NW Spreader. We can reach many areas quickly by boat that are lengthy or restricted otherwise. Having driven or commuted everywhere we go, this location is appealing to us. From this house we can access all directions to find interesting things to do but maintain the privacy and serenity we desire.
The location is central to a wide variety of activities and multiple pristine beaches.

Our stay in this beautiful, spacious house was amazing! We loved it the minute we walked through that front door and could see the wonderful view of the water. It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed, with every amenity we needed, and more. We spent a lot of time in the heated, salt water pool. The pool had an “infinity edge” that really impressed the kids...they thought it was so cool! The layout of the house was perfect! Each of the four bedrooms is like a five star hotel room...spacious, beautifully decorated...each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. There were bikes and kayaks available in the garage, that we put to good use. We really had a wonderful vacation, and plan to return here again!
