We couldn't have asked for anything more! This beautiful condo provided ample space and amenities. The pool areas had lots of lounging chairs. The poolside bar had affordable food and tasty drinks. If you book this unit, you won't be disdisappointed! It's a bonus that the owners are so nice to work with!

This is our second time staying here at this condo and it was another fantastic stay! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! The beds are comfy! The condo is always clean and very roomy for all 8 of us! The 2 beach chairs included in the rental is a great bonus! Mrs.Karen (the owner) is super helpful and a quick responder to any and all questions we have ever had. We can’t wait to book again next year for our yearly girls trip!

Found this beautiful condo on reach out to Karen and she was very nice answere all my question ,contacted me when I got there making sure all was good even had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband had told her about a recliner broke whe we got there but was still able to use. She had 2 brand news deliver next morning.Room was big with plenty of room everything was nice and clean I was very happy and us 7 lady's had a wonderful time can't wait to stay again.Thank you for your kindness the old gang from GA.

5 stars for a beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Everything we needed plus some. 2 pools, tiki bar, chairs with umbrella on beach included in our stay. Karen checked on us to verify we had everything we needed! I have been renting condos for over 30 years all across the pan handle and this is a place I will definitely return to!

He likes super firm(hard as a rock) and I like soft. We have different mattresses in our bedroom’s and when one of us can not sleep we just go to different bedroom The struggle is real at condo. My parents and my family visited PCB between March 24th through March 29th for my daughter and mom's birthday weekend. Regency Towers Condo 521 is huge! We felt we were in an apartment. The condo was clean as well as the bed línen. The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a nice sized kitchen and living/dining area that accommodates 10 people. My parents had the master bedroom with en suite and their own sliding door on to the balcony. The other 2 bedrooms accommodated my family of 5 well. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip out meals like pots, pans, toaster, can opener, blender, coffee maker, a Kuerig, baking dishes, and a crockpot. There wasn't a cookie sheet but it wasn't a problem for us. The washer/dryer combo worked great. The heated pool was so relaxing especially since a couple of the nights were cooler temps. Bikini Bob's has great food and reasonable prices. Great for when you've been at the pool all day and need to eat, rather than going upstairs. The parking area and security was spot on! Very safe. The staff was friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

This is a wonderful condo for a big family. 3 big size bedrooms, full kitchen with anything you might need, including a crock pot, and 2 coffee makers. The Tiki hut (Bikini Bob's) located in between 2 HUGE pools, was awesome. The food and drinks were priced very reasonable. Karen was so easy to work with, and we enjoyed the week with our kids and grandbabies, will definitely go back.

Just got back from another fantastic week in Karen’s condo! We’ve stayed at several condos at Regency in the past but this year we really lucked up. In early June we were there for 11 days and then the week of July 4th both times we stayed in Karen’s condo and we are already planning on booking it again! Her condo is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home, not to mention she is excellent to work with!

Karens condo was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean,and anything you could need in the kitchen she has. Beautiful view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. We loved the decorations. Karen was amazing to deal with and during the trying times she worked with us all the way. We will definitely be booking with her again next year. We especially loved her little touches she has menus from popular places with her own personal reviews. We loved the newly remodeled bathroom as well the shower was so pretty.

I have never been able to stay an entire month on the the beach and thanks to Karen I was able to stay in her beautiful condo! The view is absolutely amazing and the most wonderful sunsets!Pool was heated so swimming was allowed every day and walks in he morning and evening on the beach so relaxing. The exercise room has nice we use equipment and was always clean.The condo is conveniently located to restaurants and golf and grocery stores. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and big kitchen. Looking forward to staying agin very soon and enjoying the view, beach and sun.Thanks Karen it was so peaceful and relaxing.Deborah

LoriGreat place to stay
This was a great place to stay. Loved the movie night and karaoke night. The room is on 5th floor so it was perfect to take the stairs up and down and not have to wait on the elevator. Highly recommend. Thanks Karen for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

We rented this condo the 4th of July week. We were not disappointed! There was plenty of room for my entire family. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony had enough seating for at least 7 or 8. You will not be disappointed staying here and the owner was very nice and even called me the night we arrived to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay there again!!

You wont ve disappointed. This condo 521 looks exactly the way they do in the pictures. It is plenty roomie for bigger groups. We had seven and it was plenty spacious. They offer 2 chairs daily with umbrella. Each day the property has activities. They have karaoke, inflatable water slides, bingo, and movie night on the lawn. We did get a chance to take part in the inflatable waterside and movie on the lawn. The nice thing about 521 it sits right directly in front of lawn. So you can see it perfectly and, we were able to watch the movie from the balcony. They do offer elevators it wasn't to bad as in waiting. The only time I notice is when it started raining and everyone was coming in at the same time or the weekend during that check in time. Our biggest thing when going to the beach is the views. and this condo sits directly ocean front. The master bedroom has a window that you can see the ocean directly then in the living the balcony is oceanfront. We were very pleased with the amazing views this condo offers. The property is gated and you do get 2 passes the on downfall which isn't major one car gets to park on property and the other must park in overflow. Which I'm not sure how secure it is. Someone hit my car while parked in overflow leaving damage. O do know though the parking lot has cameras. Over all I would definitely recommend this place specifically this condo. The owner was very helpful and kind hearted and we felt quit at home away from home. ;)

Claire and B.Fabulous place for a winter escape
We have enjoyed our stay at this condo which was nicely renovated. Karen is wonderful to deal with and she ensures that you are pleased with the rental and available to assist you when required. It was clean and well decorated and feels like a home away from home. The Tiki Bar is a great feature by the pool and everyone is friendly. We have absolutely no hesitation to return or recommend this condo in the great Panama City Beach area.

Thank you for a wonderful week at your condo. It was clean, lots of space, updated and kitchen was stocked with all of our essentials. The view was perfect for dolphin watching. The pool was really heated! And the restaurant on side was not only good but had great prices. Elevators were fast and beach access was easy. I will be recommending this condo to others!
