I rent this condo on july, it is perfect for two an it's nice an clean ! The view of the channel beside the pool is quiet an relax. You can do a barbecue on the deck an eat there, looking the boats. It is just at one block of the ocean. Many things to do near this condo an if you are a swimmers , you can take a small (less than 10 minutes) walk to go to the trainning center the big swimming hall of fame pool, I rent a car but I didn't use it to go to the pool is too near. Rent it with confidence the owner an the man who went to meet me to give me the keys an informations was very nice. Probably back next july ! 4 stars +

The condo was perfectly located for just a short walk to the beach, and only minutes away from great restaurants and bars on Las Olas Bvd. Also, we found a great pickle ball group at nearby Holiday Park. Barry was quick to respond to any questions and needs and was very easy to do business with.

The location was perfect. The unit had a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool & the view of the Intercoastal. It was quiet, the other residents were friendly & helpful. We would stay there again.

I was down for a class for 6 weeks and, even though my class took up a lot of time and I didn’t get to enjoy all of the things the area has to offer, it is still a great place near everything. Short walk to the beach, great views of the waterway, and very nice boats to watch go by helped to ease the stress of a long day. Numerous Restaurants within walking distance and a CVS right on the beach are all easy to get to and have everything you need. The place has a comfortable bed, comfortable couch, all the towels and kitchen amenities you need for a short or long stay. The pool is also very nice and wasn’t crowded while I was there. Great place and area and hopefully I can make it back when I can actually enjoy all of the places and things to do.

Wir haben drei Wochen das Apartment gemietet und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Das Apartment ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage war Perfekt. Etwa 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Anlage wird sehr gepflegt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Barry war sehr gut . Mir wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit alle Fragen beantwortet. Danke Barry, das wir eine wundervolle Zeit dort verbringen konnten und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

I enjoyed my stay here very much! My front yard was the beautiful beach (across the street) and my back yard was the gorgeous inter coastal. The Condo has everything you need! I would definitely come back again & again!

We were 100% satisfied with our Accommodations. The condo was very nice and clean, it had everything that we needed to complete a wonderful vacation. It was 2 short walking blocks to the beach and many great restaurants. Most days we left the car parked and walked.

Owner is very easy to work with. All questions answered promptly. Condo is as advertised. Three min to beach. Close to everything. Quiet and clean and secure. People living there are friendly and helpful I have stayed here a few times and will be coming back.

This beautiful apartement is located right on the canal, many apartment buildings around are replaced by condo starting at 2 Million dollars !
So if you want the same 2M view without paying a fortune this is your place !
The howner is very welcoming and easy to do business whit.

Só tive um problema quando cheguei. A maçaneta estava travada por dentro e não abria a porta.
Eu digitava o código, a porta destrancava, mas a maçaneta não girava para abrir a porta. Passei um sufoco até a síndica do prédio me orientar a respeito da trava interna da maçaneta. Mas o apartamento é muito confortável, está em local privilegiado próximo à praia e tem todos os acessórios necessários para a estadia, como roupas de cama e banho, vasilhas, lavanderia, eletrodomésticos, etc.

Me and my wife spent two weeks in this condo and we love our stay.
When we arrived, everything was very clean and functional .
The location is perfect, we spent a lot of time at the beach and at the pool on the intercoastal side.
We will rent this condo if we return to Fort Lauderdale .

Alle notwendigen Dinge für einen tollen Aufenthalt sind vorhanden, der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, das Wassertaxi hält in drei Minuten Entfernung. Parkplatz gehört zum Appartment. Leihwagen ist empfehlenswert, Bushaltestelle in ebenfalls in drei Minuten fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter war sehr nett. Das Appartment ist empfehlenswert für zwei Personen und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung.

I was down for a class for 6 weeks and, even though my class took up a lot of time and I didn’t get to enjoy all of the things the area has to offer, it is still a great place near everything. Short walk to the beach, great views of the waterway, and very nice boats to watch go by helped to ease the stress of a long day. Numerous Restaurants within walking distance and a CVS right on the beach are all easy to get to and have everything you need. The place has a comfortable bed, comfortable couch, all the towels and kitchen amenities you need for a short or long stay. The pool is also very nice and wasn’t crowded while I was there. Great place and area and hopefully I can make it back when I can actually enjoy all of the places and things to do.

Só tive um problema quando cheguei. A maçaneta estava travada por dentro e não abria a porta.
Eu digitava o código, a porta destrancava, mas a maçaneta não girava para abrir a porta. Passei um sufoco até a síndica do prédio me orientar a respeito da trava interna da maçaneta. Mas o apartamento é muito confortável, está em local privilegiado próximo à praia e tem todos os acessórios necessários para a estadia, como roupas de cama e banho, vasilhas, lavanderia, eletrodomésticos, etc.
