A great place for making amazing memories
Renting the property through Jill was an enjoyable and easy process throughout. The condo unit was beautiful And spacious.The head on Ocean front view was breathtaking. The wrap around patio allowed viewing of the ocean regardless of time of day. The Sandcastle Property was well-maintained and the manager was approachable and helpful.

Dear Jill, I want to thank you for allowing us to stay at your condos#611 and #715. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we only left the condo(s) twice. They were clean and very roomy. We were able to entertain our family and a few friends quite comfortably. There was nothing we lacked. Most of the time was spent at the beach and condo(s). The only recommendation we have is to have a fan in the family room/kitchen. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints about our accommodations. They were fantastic. It was one of the best vacations I have ever had. It was so relaxing I didn't wear a watch or look at a clock. We look forward to staying at Sandcastles again, hopefully, next year (save us a spot lol). Again, a heartfelt thanks for allowing us to spend our vacation at Sandcastles.

We stayed here after a Disney trip to unwind! We brought a 19 and 21 year old. We absolutely loved it here! Jill is wonderful to work with and stocks everything you need to get you on the beach!!! She had beach towels, beach toys and lots of things we normally have to buy such as laundry detergent and toiletries. The kids loved the views and we all enjoyed getting in the ocean. At night you can see the moon right from the huge and amazing balcony. We played card games at night ( she supplies that too!) and we enjoyed trying the restaurants close by. I loved the lobster rolls at Jazzy’s mainly lobsters and the pizza from papa vitos! The kids rented bikes as well. I can’t thank Jill enough for her hospitality and her stunning place to stay. Well worth it. — I forgot to mention the washer broke and Jill replaced it quicker than I could have ever done at home!! She went above and beyond.

We did not plan on being there the same time as the airshow but our front row seat on the 6th floor balcony was fantastic. Great condo, great views, great beach.

This was an absolutely perfect way to get away and relax. The view was amazing and the condo was comfortable and perfect. Highly recommend!

The location was great. Beach very nice and balcony very inviting! A little old Hollywood with all the mirrors inside. The corbels sort of overdone maybe and a lot of Tiffany style lighting in the main living area. Would have liked reclining sofas or chairs in living area and less fake plants, but that is just personal taste. The condo was nice and roomy and we loved the view. And that is what we were there for. Couldn't find carts to take stuff up to room. Also elevator a ways from condo. But that may be necessary to get the ocean frontage. Very nice for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay again. Jill was very accommodating with a special situation we had on the way there. Very nice to deal with which makes everything better! Come stay in this roomy and we'll stocked condo with a huge oceanfront balcony!

Very clean. All the kitchen equipment was of good quality. Same for linens and towels. No problems at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Once again we all had a fabulous time at the condo and at the beach!!! As promised, everything had been sanitized and was clean! There is nothing better than listening to the ocean at night and looking out at it by day!! We have vacationed at Sandcastles for the last several years and the only disappointment this summer was the pool...I understand that certain changes had to be made due to COVID-19, but the neighboring pools were not limited to a certain number of guests and time constraints...Will we vacation here again in the very near future? ABSOLUTELY

Great vacation experience
Thanks for a great stay! Jill was very friendly and helpful with the check-in process and provided a beautiful clean condo with comfortable beds and extra amenities. The ocean front wrap around balcony was breathtaking each morning and the outdoor furniture was great! This is definitely a spacious 3 bedroom condo we would consider booking again in the future.

Owner was very kind and helpful. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I was really pleased to see a lot of items provided that normally you have to buy - shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, spices AND the knives were sharp! The kitchen was fun to cook in because the pans were also in good shape. Shopping was close and convenient. Cocoa Beach is a very fun place to be and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was spot on as described online. Oversize balcony with super comfortable seats for six adults. Plenty of space inside with oversize TV's and lots of games, movies and books. Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance and cookware you will ever need. Very comfortable beds with bathroom toiletries supplied along with high end towels and bathrobes. Quality beach vacation for sure. Looking forward to many future visits!

Great for a family of four generations, ages 9 through 78. Something for everyone - views, ocean breezes, sunrises, beach experiences, pool, roomy, privacy for the oldsters in the group with their own door to the balcony ... Clean, quality furnishings and bedding, equipped with soaps, shampoos, lotions, towels and washcloths, beach towels and toys. Ample free parking. Owner is very responsive to tenant inquiries. Excellent. Can't say enough good about it! Highly recommended!
