The name of the luxury villa says it all - feel-good, relaxation and enjoyment of life. The 40 meter long captain’s walk with a 25 sqm terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax. Ideal for boaters - the quick access to the open water!

There are two separate sleeping areas on either side of the villa. The villa has two master suites and two junior suites. For all bedrooms there is a private bathroom with separate toilet. Three bedrooms are equipped with showers and one master bedroom is equipped with a large bathtub. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. Music system with speakers in the suites (can be turned off separately). Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and two bedrooms have access to a covered sitting area.

Integrated in the large living room is a modern kitchen with bar seats and a spacious dining room area with a large flatscreen TV and stereo system. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

Villa Carpe Diem has a 10 meter pool and separate spa area. Sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower are ready for you in the pool area. The pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technology. The covered Lanai area offers a dining area with gas grill and a chill-out corner.

The villa is bright and modern furnished. The floors in the living and sleeping areas are fully equipped with travertine tiles, which give the house a comfortable ambience.

The boat dock is available for boat rentals. The future boat lift will be occupied with the owners privat boat which will not be in the rental program.
