Newly remodeled top floor condo close to the beach with luxury finishes throughout located in Seagrove near Seaside. It is the perfect location for your family vacation. Beach access is a short walk away with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided to enjoy your perfect day. Famous Seaside and Rosemary beach are just a bike ride away. Restaurants are close by for eating out. The gated community includes a pool and lake.
The condo has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, new designer tile in bathrooms, new white cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms with quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your homecooked meals. A washer and dryer is also included for your convenience. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and well as the living room with cable and WIFI. The open floorplan is perfect for reconnecting with the family and friends. French doors lead out to a screened in deck on the top floor overlooking Point Washington State Park for a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. The Keyless entry system makes for an easy check-in.

The bike paths make it easy to walk or ride your bike to destinations close by, but for grocery shopping or day trips a car is recommended.

About the owner: I was born in Nashville, Tennessee. I went to college at Auburn University. I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I am the mother of 3 boys who have grown up coming to the 30-A area. We purchased our first vacation home in 2008 at the Sanctuary at Redfish and began renting it out to help with expenses. As a real estate investor, I discovered that I enjoyed the vacation rental business. I purchased Deja Blue in Prominence in 2018 and Seaclusion in 2019. I recently purchased Sea La Vie at Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shore an amazing Beach and Golf Resort.
Why this property? I was looking for an affordable option for my guests on 30-A. Since most families are on a budget, I wanted a property that could fit that need. I loved that this property was in walking distance to the beach, had a pool and a lake. I loved the location in the building since it was on the top floor and faced Port Washington State Park it makes for a peaceful private setting hence the name Seaclusion. Since this condo needed some TLC, I was able to renovate it and put my own special touches in it. Now my guests have a luxurious surrounding while still paying a reasonable price.

Great vacation
We really enjoyed our time on 30A and in particular this property. Nicely furnished and the owner was very responsive to an issue we had. Will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Beautiful Place
We had a great time at Dee Dee's Place! The condo was very clean and was close to Seaside. We rented a Golf Cart and Didn't need our car. We hope to stay again soon!

The perfect location!
The location was simply perfect. The condo is very nice. On the top floor in the corner. The screened in porch faces the woods & was peaceful for our morning coffee. Right next to stair case that were closest to the pool! A very short walk to the beach. The storage closet had lots of beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys! ( a nice touch) The beach was AMAZING!!! Sugar sand beach and crystal clear, warm water!!! We loved it so much! The 3 bedroom condo had pretty much everything we needed. Nice & clean. Lots of towels and extra linens. Beds & pillows were nice & comfy. We made several meals in well equipped kitchen. I have no complaints at all. You can walk to several restaurants & ice cream. The location was excellent to jump on bikes or walk & explore 30A. We would 100% stay here again & recommend this spot to our friends and family! Dee Dee was wonderful to work with & very responsive to my emails and texts! She has a beautiful place & was more than helpful with the booking and our stay! A+++

Wonderful stay
Just wanted to give this place a two thumbs up! The owner was fabulous to work with, the condo was spacious and clean for the six of us that ended up going. She had plenty of beach accessories that was an added plus. Loved all the decor. Wasn’t a bad walk to the beach.

AMAZING ACCOMODATIONS
Everything about the Seagrove establishment was amazing. Everything in and around the grounds were in immaculate condition. The condo, itself, was very spacious with great furniture, and all the amenities anyone could ask for. A great nights sleep, in very plush mattresses, and so accommodating for families. The beach access, only a short walk away, and restaurants or grocery outfits very nearby. Everything was handled in a timely manner is any questions or issues were to arise. In a four month span, something was bound to happen, and maybe only an outage in internet, which was very promptly handled and continues to help make the stay, wonderful. I will keep this place in mind, anytime ever traveling back to the panhandle of Florida. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! FIVE STAR ACCOMODATIONS!!!!
