About the owner: John and Lisa currently live in Benton County, Indiana. John farms and Lisa is a farm wife and mother. John and Lisa also have a trucking business and an agriculture irrigation business. They have 3 children: Their oldest daughter is a doctor. Their son graduated from Purdue University with a degree Agriculture and farms with his Dad, as John did his father. Their youngest daughter is a Senior in high school and keeps her parents running everywhere to watch her play basketball and tennis.
John, Lisa and their family enjoy their country living and love getting away to relax on Marco Island.
Why this property? Marco Island is such a unique place to visit. After visiting a few times John and Lisa decided to purchase a home for their future retirement. John and Lisa love Marco Island and the white sand beaches so much that they want to share their home while they aren't visiting with others to also enjoy Marco Island! Their home is in a quiet area yet close to shopping and restaurants!

Winter Escape

Christmas Present
We thought this property was a great choice for our family Christmas. The property is clean, updated, good location, beautiful pool. The kitchen had everything I needed to grill and entertain. The owners and rental agency made it a seamless process.

Great home great location
Home is very comfortable everything you need, good appliances, great dishes, great bathrooms decors is wonderful. Pool nice and warm. Bikes in great shape and nice beach toys.

Sad the Corona Virus forced us to cancel
We live in WI and have vacationed in the spring on MOIS for 15 straight years. Sometimes twice a year.We booked the 320 Marquesas Crt home from John & Lisa Gick fro the first time in early January. We were very much looking forward to stay at their home in early May. Then along came the Corona virus and everything was suspended. Our trip was canceled until it is safe for us older 70+ year old seniors to travel again.We were familiar with the cancellation terms in our rental agreement. But thanks to the compassion and generosity of the Gicks, we received a full refund of the rental payment we made to them.They are very good people. We are confident their rental home is everything that it is advertised to be.Their property manager - Jenifer - is equally as professional and nice to work with. She has been very attentive, understanding and responsive to our needs.Rest assured, John & Lisa, we will be contacting you or Jenifer to re-rent your 320 Marquesas Crt home on MOIS whenever we can travel safely again.Until then .. please be safe and stay healthy!
