PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.

Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.

Great stay!

Loved the rental itself…the view is breath taking, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, the bed was extremely comfortable! Disappointed that there were no beach chairs, no beach towels and no umbrella. In our last rental in Ft. Myers that was provided and made for a great easy stay. This time we had to search for a beach gear rental place, drive there, rent all the stuff and was a huge hassle. Why not have that available for guests since this is a beach front apt and you know guests will be going to the beach? The beach is the best beach ever…clear water, sand is like butter, water was warm…just perfect. Was a nice stay overall!

We were not disappointed, Perfect in all aspects.

This was a perfect Rental for a family of four. The bunk beds for the kiddo's is a nice touch. The location on the south end of the strip was nice, made getting out and driving around a lot easier with less traffic. Plus being next door to one of our favorite restaurant's was the icing on the cake. We will be returning and letting other family members and friends know about Seychelles.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in 1608 Sheychelles. Condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Hall bathroom had beautiful tile in walk-in shower. The views from balcony were outstanding.
