Minimum 30 day rentals, no pets, no smoking, however would consider one small dog on a case by case situation with pet deposit and proof of license, vaccinations and/or training. Fully furnished and ready for guest families with all new inventory for you to start enjoying the quiet and beautiful beach just South of Tomoka State Park. One assigned Parking space covered and plenty of other guest parking available. Just North of Daytona Beach and only about 1 hr from Orlando Attractions. Owner local and available for any assistance if needed. Watch the Sun rise over the Ocean from your private balcony and/or you can watch the Sun Set over the River from the front windows and entry. The highest demand season is the Winter months of Jan through March and April. We will consider multiple month requests or requests that are not Feb only first as Feb only does cause the loss of any Jan start rentals. About the host: We live just south of the area and invested in this unit as our second/part time home that we are willing to share with others on occasions. We have fully updating and remodeled the unit with all new furnishings and upgrades. As dog owners ourselves, we are willing to consider one small dog with rental on a case by case situation.
Why this property? We Love the quiet Beauty of the Tomoka State Park and Seabridge Ocean area as well as the close proximity to all of the action around Daytona Beach, the Space Coast and Orlando. It is the perfect combination of tranquil, yet active and Beautiful Oceanside oasis for whatever our mood is. Whether we just want to escape, fish, walk the beach or watch the Sunrise and Sun Sets over the water or go out and get involved with the action in close by areas. We live close to Cocoa Beach but fell in Love with the SeaBridge community in Ormond By the Sea Beach area for its serenity, quaintness yet closeness to all the hub bub if wanted. Tomoka State Park and the River front is like going back in time to the "original Florida" beach side beauty.
