Triple your vacation memories with unforgettable sunrises, sun drenched ocean views and magical sunsets. Recently renovated two bedroom, two bath, ocean view Key Colony Beach Condo. Relax and bask poolside, ocean front, or under the shaded palms. Enjoy walking, running, biking along the bike paths, a golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent. In the evening you can grill your fresh catch under the glistening starry sky by the Tiki hut or take a short walk to Sunset Beach or the local island restaurants. We can almost guarantee that you'll book a return visit and not want the magic to end!
Sea Isle Condominiums consist of three buildings. Our two bedroom two bath unit is in the building right on the ocean. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Netflix, Prime, and others ares available on the living room's 50" TV.
PLEASE NOTE: Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY and limited by KCB law to FOUR persons, including infants. Check in will be at 4 PM pm and check out will be by 10 AM.
A secure wifi connection is available in the condo (SSID and password supplied) and open wifi is also available at the pool and Tiki Hut.
Although there are no washers and dryers Sea Isle units, there is a laundry room containing two washers and two dryers just steps from our building.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the condo and on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the Sea Isle grounds.
We do not allow fish cleaning in the condo subject to loss of the security deposit. No pets are allowed.

Why Kids Love It
The pool and beach offer endless fun! There are numerous attractions for both kids and adults. Brochures and discounts are available in the property manager's office.
Key Colony Beach is an island located off of Marathon, in the center of the Florida Keys. KCB is quiet and secure, with only one entrance onto the island. There are many restaurants to suit every taste close by in the area.
Area activities include Aquarium Encounter, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital and others in the immediate area, and being located in the center of The Keys, Key West and Key Largo are about an hour in each direction.
Manatees are often seen by the dock behind the Post Office. Sunset Park is steps away.

Water sport rentals are available from multiple sources nearby. There is a dive shop in Key Colony Beach as well as many in Marathon, offering both scuba diving and snorkeling trips to nearby reefs. Both private fishing charters and a walk on reef fishing boat (Marathon Lady) are nearby. You can grill your catch by the Tiki hut or in the condo.

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here! The entire condominium and the unit was very well maintained. Ed was fantastic and very helpful. The location was perfect! We met a lot of great people staying there as well. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!
