This Condo is easily the best we have ever stayed in! The condo boasts beautiful beach inspired decorating touches and very comfortable furniture and bedding in the condo!The huge oceanfront end unit balcony offers spectacular views and the swivel rockers a real treat to comfortably enjoy those wonderful views!Scott and Leigh Anne Knight were the perfect hosts and always available for any needs during our stay.The added bonus of free beachfront chairs was also a real treat! We highly recommend this unit and will certainly rebook here on our next beach trip.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo the last 10 days of March. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, everything work flawlessly and nothing looked worn or stained. We stayed here for 10 days and 7 of those days our car was being serviced with no car rentals/loaners available! But...what a great place to be stranded! Beautiful beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella, amazing views and sunsets, large comfy balcony, and everything you would need inside the condo with a nice strong wifi. The three elevators were great they were super-fast and never crowded. We never had to wait for one and 99% of the time we were alone! We did use the propane grills that are available and was very surprised how clean those were! Scott was wonderful to work with from the time of booking to the end of our stay. Communication after booking was effortless and uncomplicated. Plenty of emails, text, reminders, information, etc. We would definitely not hesitate to come back to Tropic Winds 1309!!!
