- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, 3 flat-screen TVs with Roku capability, provided beach chairs and umbrella, in-unit washer and dryer, private patio with pool, designated parking for 1 vehicle in driveway and 1 vehicle on the street (there is no access to the garage).
-Your safety matters. There are external security cameras, however these cameras do not look into any interior spaces. For safety reasons, the pool is within the coverage area of the external camera.

CANCELLATIONS
• For bookings cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the stay, guest receives a 100% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations that are less than 30 days before the check-in date.

Why this property? This property offers beach-style living in a quiet neighborhood with walkability to local restaurants, night life, and of course the beach. The property is centrally located whether you are in the Fort Lauderdale area for business or pleasure. We like that it is on a barrier island between the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. There are many things to do in the area such as visiting local parks, sporting events, and of course some of the most beautiful beaches in South Florida.

We had a great time
The house is very convenient to all the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. We had plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed the pool almost every day! Great place.

Perfect Location and CLEAN!
We had a wonderful stay in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The property was in a perfect location - short walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. We could even walk to the Publix! Bonus was a park right across the street which my grandson greatly enjoyed - the park also has basketball, tennis and pickle ball. The property itself was extremely clean, roomy and had a well stocked kitchen. There was a private pool in the back which we made great use of. Even beach chairs, umbrella and towels were provided. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning!

The perfect vacation spot at Lauderdale-by-the- Sea
My husband and I loved this townhouse. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. This place was immaculate! It was tastefully decorated, had comfortable beds, all the amenities you need, and the perfect location to the beach and downtown. We plan to book it next year!

Wish we didn't have to leave!
This townhouse was in a perfect location for the beach, downtown and surrounding towns. A short car ride to Pompano, Fort Lauderdale and all they have to offer as well. We loved being able to walk to all the great restaurants in town including Even Keel (new and amazing Smash Burger & Mussell Madness Mondays), Vinny's (wood fired pizza & oyster bar) Ocean 101 and Arubas on the beach just to name a few. Bocci, tennis and basketball directly across the street and the farmers market every Sunday just 2 blocks away. The private pool in the back is an added bonus. The owner provided beach towels, umbrella, and all that you need to enjoy the beach and pool. The townhouse is roomy with plenty of closet space and very comfortable beds. We can't wait to be back next year.

Perfect Fort Lauderdale Vacation
From booking to check-in to checkout, our experience using couldn’t have been better. Our property manager was fantastic to work with and the rental was amazing. Great location, beautiful property with so many conveniences for a beach vacation. We come back to Fort Lauderdale each year and look forward to booking again. Highly recommended!
