Beautiful lakeside home with a private south facing pool in a gated community 12 miles from Disney. Enjoy fishing in the lake behind the house. Game room with pool table, skeet ball, foosball table and a gaming system with hundreds of old favorites like Pac Man and Mario Brothers. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are upstairs. There are also two bathrooms upstairs, one adjoins the master bedroom. There is another bedroom and bath on the main floor. Fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill makes preparing meals a breeze. There are three tables that are available for meals. A table for six on the main floor in the foyer area, a nook in the kitchen that looks out on the pool, and a table on the lanai. Flat screen tvs in all 4 bedrooms and living room. For the pool there are pool floats, noodles, balls and a child raft. We also have beach chairs, cooler and other beach equipment if you decide to have a beach day. Cocoa Beach is 65 miles away.
Enjoy a relaxing day around the large pool. The south facing pool allows for sun the entire day. There are several chase lounges and pool towels available.

There are several subdivisions, each named after a flower. Crescent Lakes is located on Poinciana Boulevard.
At the entrance to Crescent Lakes, there is a 7 Eleven store.
Within the complex of Crescent Lakes, there is a park with tables and playground equipment.
Also nearby is Oak Park with a basketball court.

good! A good place to go is the town of Celebration, great spot to stroll and enjoy atmosphere, buy fudge and macaroons.
While there, a good restaurant for lunch is Columbia. Cuban sandwich, their special salad and the sangria are all good!
The Sunrail opened in June 2019. The station is just 8 miles from the house.
A short 10 minute ride takes you to Historic Downtown Kissimmee where you can enjoy a walk along Lake Toho, outdoor dining at Three Sisters, or Big John's Rockin' Barbecue. Another great place for pizza and sandwiches is The Italian Joint.
Usually the first Friday of the month there are food trucks.
The Sunrail is also a very easy way to visit Winter Park. The ride is about 45 minutes, but is it great to avoid the traffic. The station is a block from shopping, restaurants and bars. It is a good way to spend the day!

This is a lovely home, in a lovely neighborhood. The house had everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and have the same comforts of your own home. The pool is huge and you have a beautiful view with plenty of wildlife around. Even the neighbors were friendly! The owners were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this property.
