"Stay and Play" (Beachview # 3) is a Direct Beach Front Condo!
No need to pack a whole bunch of beach gear! Your family and friends will have access to everything to have FUN!
Stored in the condo's totally transformed beach-level garage are seven bicycles (three Montague
men's and four Specialized/EVO women's), four kayaks (two Lifetime junior, one Sevylor inflatable and one two-person), a standup paddle board, three
fiberglass skimboards, a dozen beach chairs, six beach umbrellas w/anchors,
tennis/pickle ball racquets/balls, along with helmets,
life vests, and more beach toys than you can count!
If the fish aren't biting, stop by the iconic Joe Patti's in Pensacola and
bring back some freshly caught cobia, red snapper, grouper, or jumbo shrimp
and fire up your personal Weber grill (both gas and charcoal) with all the
accessories.
Kitchen is ready to go!
It will have the largest collection of All-Clad (stainless, nonstick, and grilling) and Le Creuset cookware this side of Williams-Sonoma. Other top-shelf brands you'll find are John Boos (cutting board), Lodge, Waterford, Henckels, and Wusthof.
Note: You may find many items in cupboard and fridges available for use in kitchen, (spices,oils, coffee beans, and single-serve pods), and more, it is all dependent upon what owner and previous guests leave behind.
Enjoy outside, deck furniture that is custom made to give an elevated, over-the-railing view -- and what a view!
Inside, stretch out on one of three Ekornes Stressless recliners (two chairs and one dual-reclining loveseat).
The Sofa-bed is also deluxe! No-center-bar Palliser/Italian mechanism with Serta mattress is surprisingly as comfortable as a regular bed.
Not typical of most rental properties, expanded high-definition channels with
Starz/Encore are provided on the 55-inch LG OLED and the 46-inch TVs in the
living area and master bedroom, respectively. On a rainy day, sit back and
enjoy watching movies from the condo's library of over 150 DVDs. And if you
subscribe to any of the streaming services, the LG OLED gives you easy access
to them.
As Beachview No.3 is part of the 46-unit Beachview complex, guests have use of the swimming pool and tennis court (with separate lines drawn for pickle ball enthusiasts).
If you're traveling with little ones, note that baby gates are
stored in the garage.
The three-bedroom, three-bath "Stay and Play" condo definitely lives up to its
moniker. Of all the rental properties on Navarre Beach, it is arguably the
one with the largest selection of recreational amenities.
