The main living area is an open concept with the kitchen, dining space, and living room all being combined. This makes it easy to congregate together.

The master bedroom is very large with a king bed and plenty of space for a blow-up mattress for extra kids. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, a tub, and a large, tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, a huge flatscreen, two closets, and an entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has queen and twin beds, two closets, a large flat screen, and an attached full bathroom. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.

It has a balcony right off the main living room, a balcony off the master bedroom, and a patio down below. It also has a private garage that opens from the parking lot and opens to face the gulf. This makes it easy to come off the beach and toss all the sandy toys and chairs right into the garage.

*Beach Baby is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.
