Is there a minimum age to rent ?
Yes, renter must be 25 and anyone underage must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The condo complex has a lot of permanent residents so we don't allow parties and ask our guests to be considerate of others. This keeps a quiet, family atmosphere.
Are you near Pier Park ?
Yes ! The condo is just under a mile to the West of Pier Park, a great shopping and dining destination.
Are beach chairs included ?
Yes , 2 chairs and 1 umbrella during season
Does every room have a great view ?
Yes ! The unit is designed for maximum beach views with every room having a full wall of glass , very unique
Is on site parking available ?
Yes, each condo is allowed 2 vehicles and there will be 2 parking passes in the condo when you check in. Please display the passes, no additional vehicles are allowed to be parked on site and there are no assigned spaces.
How close is the beach access ?
To access the beach you go down one flight of stairs and walk approx 200 ft to the private boardwalk which is located next to the pool. The condo direclty overlooks the beach and you can watch your kids walk back to the condo when they go fetch your favorite beverage !

This was our third stay in this property. As usual it met our every need. It was clean and well furnished. The views are beautiful and the pool was well maintained. Overall we once again had a great stay at this condo.

We loved the location of this condo! It was close to everything and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the beach service on day 1 and it was resolved almost instantly. Even with spring breakers, it was not noisy! Would definitely consider renting this unit again!

We've been staying here for the past five years. Right on the beach. Many fine restaurants nearby. Plenty of things for our grandchildren to do.

This condo is right on the beach just a mile from the pier and loads of dining and entertainment options. And you can enjoy floor-to-ceiling beach views from every room in this inviting home. It’s wonderful and it’s fun, rocking the boho beach vibe with bright colors and whimsical decor. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Seachase in Panama City Beach fl. The pictures are just like the condo. Loved it was so close to walk to beach. It is in a very nice location to things to do, eat and whatever you want to do. The owner is just adorable. Very sweet to work with. If there are any issues she will let you no before your arrival… I will definitely go back there one day. Loved the condo. We had the bottom floor W104 with parking under condo..

Comfy king bed, beach view, never needed an elevator, looked straight out at the beach every morning and night, so much space! Clean and totally awesome! Nice big well-equipped kitchen even though you want to eat out at all the great restaurants anyway. Owner took care of us, she was really nice. I accidentally paid her twice over paypal but she immediately returned the accidental double payment. If you stay here, see the dolphins!!! In the wild tours and at Gulf World Marine Park!

We were very impressed with the size of the condo. Very clean and well furnished. The only thing was the dryer not working. Denise let us know ahead of time that it couldn't be repaired before we checked out. Not her fault. Just circumstance. Beach view and access to the beach was great. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout of the condo was great. Big open living, dining and kitchen area. Huge master bedroom! Views of the ocean from every room. You can tell the unit is a bit older, but that didn’t bother us. The kitchen could use some more utensils and supplies. Overall we really enjoyed. The price of the condo was very competitive and a huge bonus that beach chairs were included! Thanks for a great stay.

Condo was as advertised with a great view from all rooms. It was furnished with everything we needed. There was covered parking usually close to stairs which was just below the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo was very nice and spacious we really enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect unit for a family,. It has a very beautiful view and easy access to the beach located away from the busiest part of PCB, the check in and out was extremely simple and the owner was very nice and responsive and provided everything we needed. I would defiantly recommend this condo.

Denise is very easy to work with and responsive to my emails. We enjoyed the long balcony and all the large windows. Watched the sun set most nights. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels and linens. Full size washer and dryer in a laundry room. Large screen tv in the living room with a very comfortable couch to watch it from. Pictures in the listing are mostly correct, but the tv's have all been upgraded. The guest bedroom tv has ROKU on it. We had a great time and plan to go again.

Good location, easy parking with great views. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is some cosmetic work is needed. The hurricane messed up some beach days but PC is always a nice trip.

The best part is its convenience. You can park right under condo walk up 1 flight of steps and boom you are at condo! No elevator no parking at parking deck across street. Condo cheerful and very roomy w very large balcony which includes living rm and both bedrooms. Everybody has a front row view of gulf and you can hear the waves. Strong showers feel like a massage! I will come back to this condo again and again.

The layout of the condo was nice. Plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen was stocked for cooking with a grocery store just a few minutes away. A washer and dryer was available to keep clothes and beach towels washed up. We loved that this unit was on the 1st floor it had a beautiful view with a short walk to beach. This unit also had chairs/umbrella available at the beach for their guest which was nice. Weather was great and we hope to revisit PCB soon.
