This ground floor 1,300 sq ft unit allows easy access without any stairs or elevators. Parking is available for one vehicle under the detached carport with additional off-street parking for guests. Carport storage available for use.

The convenient galley kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic cook top and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as all kitchen and dining ware. Additional cabinets which provides storage your personal provisions.

The bright and airy master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, internet TV, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and two separate vanities. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom enter onto the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and dresser, closet and internet TV with the adjacent full bath with a full tub. High speed wi-fi in the condo for easy internet access throughout the condo.

Full-size washer and dryer. Linens, bath and beach towels are supplied. The main living room is open to an extended tiled lanai overlooking the golf course, along with a comfortable outdoor sitting area. Both the lanai and patio offer partial shade throughout the day so you can sit and relax out of the sun.

The Farmington Vistas community heated pool and clubhouse is steps away and free for your use. Community barbecue grills and Wi-Fi are available at the clubhouse.

Venice is a hidden gem. Close to the new Whelan Park - home of the Spring Training for the Atlanta Braves. 25 minutes South of Sarasota along the West Coast of Florida. It's quaint village offers abundance of shops and restaurants to wander through or sit outside and enjoy an evening. The Venice Theater brings entertainment throughout the season with the Venice Players, a variety of top name musicians and comedians. A great night out!
