A luxury villa in a perfect location for golfers, situated on a very wide canal.
With a total of 4 bedrooms - each bedroom has a king size bed - and 3 bathrooms, this house offers space for up to 8 people. In addition, there is one more bathroom in the house, and one additional pool bath available. Both the master bedroom and the junior bedroom have direct access to the pool area.
The living area of this villa is bright and modern and the view over the pool to the canal is beautiful. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and invites you to cosy cooking evenings with the whole family.
Enjoy the generous pool and relax afterwards on one of the comfortable sun loungers with view into nature. For our little guests there is a pool fence to secure the pool area.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received on Sundays and public holidays at Happy Cape, the next working day will be considered the entrance. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a cancellation insurance or the like is strongly recommended. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
- 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the invoice amount
- 1 day before arrival and on the day of arrival the full amount of the invoice is due.

MattGreat Secluded and Relaxing Location
We had so much fun at this property! The house was very clean and well taken care of. Whenever we had questions or problems (operating the pool lights or heater or other non issue questions), the property management service helped us right away. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Cape Coral. The property was close to an hour away from Sanibel Island. My only complaint was with the wifi. The property is very remote. Because of this, the only internet available was via Satellite. Since the internet was so weak, we were able to surf the internet but not stream media. This was a big bummer for us. However, since this was not in the owners control, we will still give the property a 5 star review!
