Welcome to our Seaside Villa Palm Tree. Villa Palm Tree is perfectly situated facing southwest and overlooking the newly created Sands Park. Within walking distance, you will find a picnic area, a butterfly garden, a basketball court, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a boccia court and a golf putting hole.
Inside, our cozy Seaside Villa Palm Tree leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser for cool drinks, and the kitchenette seats three people.
The open and modern living area is furnished with a dining area for eight people, a cozy leather suite, and a smart TV. There is also a recliner for your comfort. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The master bedroom with king-size bed and TV has direct access to the pool area and to the en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom has two washbasins, a large walk-in shower, a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The first guest room is also equipped with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is directly adjacent and has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The second guest room is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet is directly adjacent and has a direct exit to the pool area.
The third guest room is furnished with two single beds and shares a bathroom with the second guest room.
The pool area, with its outdoor TV and gas grill, also leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you want to soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers or swim a few laps in the heated pool to cool down, you'll find it here. Or how about a cool drink in the hot tub at sunset, when the pool is spectacularly illuminated?
The pool area has direct access to the toilets.
