Notes:
A signed Rental Agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed.
Pool heat is an additional $40 per night if you need(must order for your whole stay).
BBQ grill is an additional $60 to use for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the tank is empty and clean the grill after use.
Our Rates was applicable for the 16 Guests. For the any additional guests there will be an extra fee per night of : $20.00
Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

We really enjoyed our stay. Community was really nice and house was huge. Had some good amenities and was a real easy drive to all the parks. Pool was nice… wish we paid for heat but we didn’t. It was cold but we still used it and had a blast. House had some fun pool toys to use as well. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

This home was beautifully appointed and very spacious! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The clubhouse has plenty of amentities and the lazy river was a nice bonus. Close to shopping and Disney parks. We hope to return in a few years. The owner was very easy to work with and quick on responding.

The management company was very accommodating in scheduling our stay at the rental home. The home is Situated in a big occasion resort development and the house itself was in excellent condition. With 14 family members and two small children there were plenty bed rooms for everyone. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool and taking advantage of the lazy river, splash pool and srcade at the clubhouse. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again next year.
