Dunes Club 2A is a luxury beachfront condominium on Cape San Blas. This complex of 15 condos includes WI-FI, a large heated pool, a beautiful stretch of beach, and boat parking.
Our unit is one of the most luxurious condos on the Cape. It features numerous upgrades including granite counter tops, travertine floors, custom lighting and a shower that includes body sprays.
The furnishings have recently been updated to reflect a shabby chic/beachy feel. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa with a new mattress, Smart TV with cable, DVD, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the large deck and Gulf view. The kitchen is full-size with a wonderful granite wrap-around counter that seats six. Perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances and utensils. It is truly a pleasure to cook in this well-equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, with sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with cable TV.
The deck overlooks the beach and pool and has table seating for six. Our unit does allow well-trained dogs. We look forward to having you stay at Dunes Club on Cape San Blas. No smoking, please.
Unique Benefits
So close to Port St Joe (less than 15 minutes but right on the beach. Close to new pickleball courts and Bay Walk and great flat beach for walking. Also, see horseback riding on the beach.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the pool, beach, sealife, dolphins, seashells, playing in the waves, bike path, freedom to run around in a safe and uncrowded environment. Parents like that they can see their kids for long distances and not afraid of losing them in a crowd.

Connected to the Florida peninsula by a sliver of land, Cape San Blas is home to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, named the best beach in America (2002) by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman (a.k.a. Dr. Beach). Cape San Blas, located near Port St. Joe along the Florida Panhandle’s Emerald Coast, is truly a vacation paradise. Here, you’ll find miles of uncrowded, pristine, white sand beaches. Among the other attractions: fishing, kayaking and boating, family-owned restaurants serving fresh Florida seafood, Loggerhead bike path, Salinas park with volleyball, pickleball courts, horseback riding on the beach and the new bay walk are less than one mile away.

The great walking beach, where you can walk all of the way to the point to see the shipwrecked Donna Kay shrimp boat and barely see a soul, bonfires on the beach, the atmosphere in the condo which is enhanced by the custom lighting, and the large deck overlooking the heated pool and beach. Also the close proximity, to the bike path, at the end of our driveway, Scallop Republic, new pickleball courts, volleyball court, and beautiful new Bay Walk (less than 1 mile) and Port St. Joe is only 10 miles away.

Why this property? In looking for a beachfront place to own, no other place compared to Cape San Blas. The beaches are not crowded and pet friendly. There is no other place like it.

Is there a size restriction for pets?
No. We just ask that pets are well behaved.
Is any beach gear included?
Yes. We have beach chairs, beach cart, kites, stand up paddle board, sand toys, etc.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation/Refunds: Rentals may be cancelled within 10 calendar days (grace period) of making the reservation without penalty and all deposits will be refunded. After the 10 day grace period, the Reservation & Confirmation policies (as defined above) will be in effect. Any monies paid, less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and less the optional Travel Protection Insurance, will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same rate and time. If the property is not re-rented the guest forfeits all deposits and/or money paid. Optional Travel Protection Insurance is non-refundable past the 10 day grace period.
Is a deposit required and when is it due?
Reservation & Confirmation Deposits: Reservations are taken by phone, in person or online. To confirm, we must receive your confirmation deposit and signed rental agreement within ten (10) days or the reservation is subject to cancellation without notice. The confirmation deposit for Reservations with Arrival Dates within 252 days from the date of Booking is fifty percent (50%) of your total reservation cost. The confirmation deposit for Reservations with Arrival Dates more than 252 days from the date of Booking is twenty percent (20%) of your total reservation cost; another thirty percent (30%) will be due 168 days from Arrival. All reservations must be confirmed with an acceptable form of payment. After receiving your deposit your confirmation will be emailed and/or mailed out to you. Final payment for all Reservations is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. If a Reservation is made within 30 days of Arrival, the full amount will be due immediately and will be subject to the cancellation policy as stated herein.

Perfect place!
Perfect place for our family! I love that it is spacious and only few condos in the building. It has carts available to load belongings and groceries as well as a storage closet downstairs so you don’t have to bring beach gear up to room! Loved our stay there and will definitely plan to go back!!

NICE
The condo was very nice and pleasant. It was roomy enough for all 7 of us. The property was very nice. The only thing that was disappointing to us was that where the condo is located the water (beach) was muddy and dark. Not what we were use to. However, if you don't swim or do activities in the ocean water this would not be an issue. The condo and the rental company was nice and very easy to deal with.

Location, location, location is the thing.
Perfect location and just what we were looking for as we were making our first Snowbird migration. We would have rated the place a five star except; the living room furniture and the dishwasher, really should be replaced. The pool heater evidently wasn’t working because pool was very clean and inviting but also very chilly(not swimmable). Everything else was exactly as advertised.

Hi Dennis - thank you for the honest feedback. Shortly after your visit, I replaced all of the furniture in the condo. The couch and chair in the living area are brand new. I also purchased and installed brand new appliances in the kitchen. I hope you are able to visit the property again and see the improvements.Thanks!Todd
