We provide a cart with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for your convenience. We also have FREE WIFI (wireless Internet) in this unit. We just added a brand new 55 inch Smart Tv, a new flat screen in the master bedroom and also renovated both bathrooms.

The cottage is very comfortable and well appointed. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom is well lighted and large .We enjoyed a short walk to the ocean and walked every morning along old 98 with our small dog..We have been coming to Destin for several years so we are familiar with all the shopping opportunities. .It was very handy to pop over to the dollar store nearby for milk and bread etc. Magnolia Manor is definitely the most enjoyable accommodation we have had in the years we have been coming to Destin.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. House was beautiful and perfect placement! We had a very nice walk to the beach on a daily basis. Bedrooms were very spacious and house was always cool to come back from the beach. Owner allowed us to use anything from the outside closet that we needed, lawn chairs, umbrellas, wagon to bring everything to and from beach. There are very nice outlets a short distance from the home and Destin Commons has alot to offer in the way of shopping. Had a great experience at World of Beers - we tried Raspberry IPA that was amazing. Everything that we wanted to go do or see was very close by. Great restaurants, LuLu's, Maguiers Pub (delicious burgers but bring your appetite) Harborwalk Place and Mellow Mushroom (greatest pizza ever) were close by. Water is amazing and no hard shells ever to walk over and perfect temperature. There is only one thing that I can say was bad - my run in with the snake taking out the trash. I am not sure who was more scared. LOL. I would highly recommend this amazing home to anyone. When we return to Destin I could see myself staying here again. Thank you so much for making your home my home for one week!!!!
