A baby grand piano on the main level, vaulted ceiling, crown molding, and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has maple cabinetry and granite counter tops; master bathroom has tile walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath, and an outdoor hot water shower. A garage. 1,892 square feet. Non-smoking property, dogs and cats allowed. Minimum lease period is one month, but property is available to be rented for multiple months.

My stay at 6447 Pine Avenue was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at a rental in Sanibel. Heidi was welcoming and responsive. I was greeted by the property manager, Jerry, who hand delivered me a welcome gift from Heidi. This was very much appreciated since I hadn't visited the grocery store yet. The home had every kitchen gadget or appliance anyone would want. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa. You won't need to overpack clothing as I did since the brand new looking washer and dryer did the tricki. Parking in the garage was a plus to keeping my car cool. You won't need to bring anything. This home has it all! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the front deck. My dog, Roxie, enjoyed laying on the deck in the morning sun as well. The walk to Blind Pass beach is just 5 minutes away. When a tree branch fell into the street after Tropical Storm Debby, Jerry responded with 10 minutes with a saw and removed it from the street. Thanks to Storm Debby, the shelling was fantastic. I found 3 very large Horse conchs and a partial Junonia which was very exciting! Even though I was staying at a rental home, it felt like my own home because it was so comfortable. Again, I can't say enough about Heidi and Rod. They are the kindest, generous, and most delightful hosts I have ever met. I will definitely be back!

We spent the most amazing month here at this wonderful home on Sanibel. We couldn’t have asked for a better location on the island. This home is just a few minutes walk from the best beach on the island on a quiet street. The owners of this home are super responsive and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best vacation. We will definitely be renting from them again. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time on Sanibel.

We loved this house! Easy walk to beach, beach gear and cart provided. Large private master suite on main level,well equipped kitchen and great private decks. We enjoyed staying on the quiet side of Sanibel and quick drive to Captiva restaurants. Bicycles and kayaks are in great condition. Heidi is quick to respond to questions and we enjoyed meeting her. Will definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return.

Susan R.Relaxing Sanibel Getaway
I had the privilege of staying the entire month of November in this lovely home. Heidi and Rod were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The home is comfortable and is on a beautiful quiet street yet close to restaurants and a small grocery store. The beach is across the main road and a nice walk. The shelling was incredible... so many beautiful varieties. The owners generously provided kayaks, bicycles, umbrellas, towels and cart to get to the beach! A wonderful stay in paradise!
