Well stocked, nicely decorated, clean home. The mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Good proximity to the beach. Wendy the manager was very responsive and very helpful. The owners were very accommodating and their list of the 19 best restaurant recommendations was useful and greatly appreciated! We had a wonderful time during the Christmas holidays. Would love to return.

Stayed for month of April. House had everything you could need, well equipped. Would have liked a cart for the beach to take the chairs and umbrella’s but that was only thing I would say was missing.Nice walk to Beach to get your morning exercise. Sitting area out back was nice and comfortable. House was nicely decorated and well maintained.Convenient location to shops and restaurants as well.Would recommend.

Location, Location, Location! Tuscan Beach Home is located in close proximity to everything a vacationer requires - beaches, restaurants, theaters, gyms, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and perfect for daily walks or biking. The home itself provides a den, where my sister and I did jigsaw puzzles; a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking; a lanai with comfortable seating where we spent hours reading; and a heated pool perfect for swimming in Dec. and Jan.. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with, and Wendy, the local manager, is quick to respond to any concerns. We have already booked this wonderful home for next year!

My family was staying at this property for the vacation twice and hoping to return following years! It's very clean, fully equipped property. I was cooking every day for my family, and felt like in my own kitchen. Mattresses are very comfortable to sleep. Owners even added phone charges on every night stand which was very convenient. It is easy to communicate with owners and property manager. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The house was great! I stayed for 2 weeks and was very comfortable there and in the neighborhood. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it's a short ride to the beach. Wayne and Delores were a delight to work with!

We rented for entire month of April. Clean, well furnished for our needs for entire month. Hosted grandkids and parents as well as relatives from Jacksonville. Very convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very well maintained and supplied with towels , linens and dishes. Pool and spa was great! Played golf 4 times at local public courses. Quiet safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We would recommend this rental to all.

Yes, I am the owner, but I love my own house and Naples. For my birthday, we picked up Jets deep dish pizza, paired it with a bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella and binge watched Virgin River on Netflix. BTW Jets is just up the street and Publix has a great selection of wines.
