Welcome to our Seaside Villa Cape Landing.
The villa with pool was renovated and completely refurnished in 2020.
On the approx. 150 sqm large, completely air-conditioned living area you can expect 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the electrical heated pool.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an American fridge, an electric cooker, a dishwasher and much more. The house is completely equipped with hard floors and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Of course, free WLAN is available in the villa.
Relax with your family or friends in the large and, thanks to all-round mosquito screens, mosquito-free pool area, which faces west. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Florida. No matter whether from the pool or in front of the grill.
The covered outdoor dining area with ceiling fan is ideal for dinner. Deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing leave nothing to be desired. There is also an outdoor shower available.
Our usual standard is a weekly check of the pool. This ensures excellent water quality at all times.
In addition, the villa has two garages, which can be used with pleasure. There are also 4 bikes with which you can explore Cape Coral and its surroundings.

Prices per night, after the 2nd guest each additional guest 15$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $300, Electricity charge $18/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!

House was great… had everything we needed and more…(super comfortable beds for one!)….a couple very minor issues were handled ASAP by Florian, the property manager. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything…Publix for one which is always a good thing… but also very close to several great restaurants as well as the bridge over to Ft Myers … we would most definitely stay there again !
