About the host: We are experienced lifetime real estate brokers in the Tampa Bay area who love the beach and old houses. Our favorite, The McCormick House, was built in 1922 by the Cyrus McCormick family. Cyrus invented the farm tractor. His brother, Leland, was the salesman. They sold tractors to the hard working farmers during our country's Industrial Revolution.
We love the history and want to preserve the house for ourselves and others. We found many old photos and memorabilia in the attic when we bought the house and some photos are displayed in the stairway.
Why this property? Single family home on the beach. Location. Value!

Condo in Paradise
This condo on Madeira Beach was the best place I have stayed in a long time. From the under carport parking space, most uncomplicated check in process to opening the door to the most fabulous view to the beach. This unit is located perfectly to watch the dolphins swim by and beautiful sunsets. The sand on the beach is soft and fluffy and I found so many pretty shells. I will definitely be coming back!!
