Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "F4", Turquoise Waters. Enjoy stunning views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach from the 4th floor balcony! F4 has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

Take a day-trip to Orlando's many theme parks, experience a NASCAR race or explore the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the local boutiques or the expansive Tanger Outlet Mall or play golf at one of the many excellent nearby courses. Ormond Beach is close to Kennedy Space Center, Flagler Beach Pier and the St. Augustine Historical Sites. The possibilities are endless!

Perfect small condo for a couples' getaway. My husband and I were here for a long weekend. This condo had a great view, perfect amount of space for two people and nice amenities inside and outside the condo. Nice location. We really enjoyed our New Smyrna beach vacation. This condo was perfect for us, it was spotless, so clean. It faces the beautiful non-drive on beach, so never seemed crowded, sparkling clean pool, and wonderful restaurants close by. It was a very enjoyable week and we’d rent this condo again for sure.

This was a very nice place. Very clean and up to date. Everything worked. The other people on the property were nice families and well behaved. Close to good restaurants. Short drive to canaveral seashore, as well. I would stay here again and I do recommend it highly.

The overall stay was great. On arrival, the apartment was ready to receive guests: it was clean, smelled fresh, very nice and inviting. You could tell that the owners welcome you and they really wish you a comfortable pleasant stay.

The bed is comfy, the couch and armchairs in the living room are conveniently placed. The kitchen has everything we needed, from fridge and stove to small (but necessary) appliances, and all the utensils.

The ocean view from the balcony was stunning and we spent nice evenings on it. It would have been even better had there been a small table, too.

The complex in general is conveniently situated in close proximity to stores, cafes, and restaurants.

The owners are very nice people easy to communicate on any question you might have.

We recommend this place to those who appreciate comfort and beauty in one package.
