The entire house is yours to use. We have provided everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to have repeat customers year after year. We want them to refer their family and friends to us.

Note:
The house is close to I-75. We have not had any complaints about the noise from any of our guest.
Guest bedroom and Master Suite are on the second floor. The second bathroom is downstairs.

House Details
The house has room for two couples, an average size family or a group of 4 close friends. (1500 square feet of living space).
Kitchen
The kitchen is larger and well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker (filter provided), Keurig (coffee and tea provided) toaster and blender. There is RO water on the sink and a water filter system in the refrigerator. Dishes washer and soap for the dishwasher are provided. Along with one roll of paper towels
Laundry
There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room. (you will need to bring the soap)
There is an iron and ironing board in the same area.
Great Room
The great room is located at the rear of the house just off the kitchen and dining room. It is a two-story area with lots of windows, ceiling fan and it opens to the master bedroom. There is a comfortable pit group with two swivel chairs. The family room is the place for viewing a curved OLED Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD/Bluray player.
Dining room:
There is seating for 6 adults.
There is a booster seat for a toddler
A high chair.
Three additional seats at the kitchen bar area.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 – Second floor with a king size bed. Private lanai, walk in closet and is open to the great room below.
Bedroom #2 - Second floor with queen size bed.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1 – Second floor is an on suite to master bedroom. Double sinks and walk in shower with two showerheads.
Bathroom #2 – First Floor with single sink, rain head shower and deep Jacuzzi tub.
Fireplace:
It is Florida and while it is a working wood-burning fireplace we have placed remote-controlled LED candles in it.
Outside:
Upstairs lanai is private off the master bedroom and is still located inside of the screen area.
Downstairs Lanai is screened in and has outdoor seating as well as an outdoor dining area.
Front porch has two chairs for having morning coffee.
A propane BBQ is provided.

Check-In
We provide self check in to our guests. This is a gated property so a few days before your check in we will provide you a gate code and instruction on how to access the property. Make sure to provide us with a good email address so we can provide you with those instructions.
We are happy to help you with early check in IF there is no check out on the day of your arrival. Fee is based on requested check-in time.
Can't check in early, but don't want to take your luggage with you. Ask us about dropping off your luggage with us before check in.
The owners live in the house next door and are available any time you need us. However, we will respect your privacy and only be available if needed. We are very social so if you see us out and about. Stop and say hello.
Single family home on a quiet residential street.
Public transportation (bus) is available at the end of the street. 1/4 of a mile from the house. Otherwise you will need a car.
This is a gated property. You will be given a code for the gate access prior to your stay. A fee of 50.00 will be charged for any lost gate remotes.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nests and going to many Naples attractions that were favorites in past years. The location was excellent; easy access and quiet. The only negative about the house was the carpet which was badly stained.

We loved our stay at this property! First of all, the location is excellent. Very easy to get to downtown Naples or to I-75 for excursions out of town. The house is very spacious and sits on a gorgeous 3 -acre lot with wonderful land. The owners live in the house behind the rental property but it is separated by a hedge and a lot of space. The lanai is probably the best part....super pretty view and very private! The house is also laid out very nicely with a large open space on the lower level and a full bath with a whirlpool tub. The master and second bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom mattress is to die for and all the linens are top of the line, especially the towels. Very luxurious and something to be appreciated! There is also ample closet space in both bedrooms. Libby was very pleasant and available to help with anything and everything we needed. Great stay!

My first thought when I walk into Mary's place was...I wish I was staying longer. Checkin was easy and the place was very clean. We were very comfortable and Mary was very accommodating. I hope to go there again and stay longer.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. But keep in mind both bedrooms are upstairs. Cute house and very well cleaned. A lot of extras from toys to beach towels and beach. chairs. Extra security. No complaints from us love the area. A bunch of nice restaurants. Close to beaches and shopping. If we had a concern or question they answered our phone or text immediately

This house checks a lot of boxes! Had so much fun! Loved meeting Libby and her family and spending time with them! House has everything we might need! Fully stocked with utensils and stuff… stayed for 2 weeks and cooked at home most of the times!Will rent again!!

JeffBeautiful property in a quiet neighborhood.
The location of the house is great. A short drive to the beaches, Naples zoo, and good restaurants. The hostess was great. Very responsive to any questions that came up. Before arriving you receive a detailed email with all instructions needed for your self check in. Very smooth. Inside the house is decorated really nice. It’s clean and so comfortable. The house has about anything you would need for a few days stay or longer. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, close to the beaches, full of little kid books, and a great place to take our family. We appreciated the number of beach items and the local guides boom to help us know all of our options! We loved the clam pass beach the best - it had the softest sand! The boardwalk was also a nice beautiful touch early in the morning.

This property was amazing for a small family or one or 2 couples! It had everything you could possibly want, including toys for kids, beach chairs, beach towels and even a beach cart to lug everything to the beach. Everything was clean and well decorated. Even though the house is on a quiet street, it is minutes to all the main roads that lead you to many restaurants, other area, and shopping. The beach is about a 10 min. drive. The host was great communicating with and checking in and out a breeze! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to go back at some point.

We enjoyed our time at Eagles Nest. It was spacious for our needs. Only downfall was that 1 of the showers wasn’t working so all 4 of us had to share 1 shower. Kitchen was well stocked and linens were in good condition.

The house seemed newly updated, immaculate and very comfortable.The grounds were lush, well maintained,and on a very large private gated lot.Enjoyed the quick freeway access and central location to many points of interest.Would certainly recommend this place to all my friends.
