Our CLEAN, no -smoking 3 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished house with a heated pool is ideally located !! Walk to the beach via the Public Beach Access by the Marriott Crystal Shores, only a quick one block away.“The Marco Walk Plaza” is also one block away, with its many restaurants, "dinner and a movie" movie theater, ice cream parlor, boutiques, shops and salon. If you like mini golf, it is less than a block away. You’ll appreciate that everything in our fully furnished house, from the dishware, luxury linens (1000 thread count sheet sets), and towels, to the furniture and mattresses are like new. The mattresses are always covered by waterproof mattress pads and they and the comforters are washed and or sent to the dry cleaners between each renter. Wi-Fi/Internet, cable TV, and long distance phone are always free. Have fun using our beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, or get some exercise on our bicycles.
Walk right out to our heated, private pool each day from the Master and Guest bedrooms or enjoy your favorite programs from the flat screen TV’s. We have a king bed in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. There are no neighbors behind us or to the East. MONTHLY RENTALS-Non Smokers only!

Our house is ONLY rented to NON-smokers. Smoking inside and outside our property is prohibited.

Monthly renters only during high season.. Minimum two weeks May-December.
