The guest bedroom includes king size bed, separate guest bathroom access, 42" TV and DVD player. Both full-size bathrooms include rain shower heads and wall-mounted hair dryers. This condo includes a separate laundry room with FULL SIZE LG washer & dryer.

The unit is kept to the owners’ highest standards ensuring a clean and up to date unit.
PARKING: A reserved ground floor parking space (located under the building and across from the elevator) makes parking a breeze! Store your beach items in your vehicle which is just a short walk to the beach access (no need to carry on the elevator). During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. No Pets. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
