Condo was nice & clean. Even though Host has lots of rules on this condo, maintenance guys, Adam & Ryan were very nice & helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing! Pool & hot tub was perfect as well. Restaurant & shopping are walking distance which was great. Overall it was a great vacation.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally were at a different place and it was bad nasty and had bedbugs. We drove over 6 hrs to have a family vacation and the other place wasn't trying to fix the issues so we called around and landed at this place and from now on we will be staying here the staff was amazing and so helpful getting us in on the most busy weekend of the year. The room was beautiful clean and absolutely perfect 😊 we couldn't have been more pleased with this place

The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hate to say anything negative, but here’s the truth. First, beautiful condo with a balcony and view to die for. Comfortable bed & pillows. BUT the balcony furniture was SO filthy, I didn’t want my clothes to touch it, and THAT’S where I wanted to spend the majority of my time. “I” found the vacuum and did a thorough cleaning. I realize there is salt & dust in the air, but this was a couple of months worth! Why wasn’t it cleaned prior to my arrival? Why was I charged a cleaning fee? The tile floors were SO dirty I couldn’t even walk around barefoot. Stepped in the tub and turned it BLACK! So I wore shoes constantly. At the very least my cleaning fee should be refunded.

2nd stay at this Ocean Reef 702 and 3rd already booked for next May. All booked through Greta's Beach rentals. Excellent communication on all. Really enjoy the large 10x20 balcony. Very comfortable furnishings inside and out. this area of the beach is less congested than at many other high rise condos. Convenient walk or short drive to several restaurants and attractions. Since we had a 1 & 3 year old on this trip we did carryout several nights and enjoyed a peaceful and less stressful meal on the balcony ane enjoyed the sunset view!

Needs more than one hand towel in master bath. Someone evidently came in while we were gone and bumped air conditioner up to 76 or it was possibly done by remote. Probably will not stay here again.

We have been visiting PCB for 30 plus years. We have always stayed at hotels. This year we decided a condo would be a better fit for us and our son and his wife. After booking through another well known rental service, our rental was sold by the property owner. I had to scramble to find another condo. Jennifer at Greta’s was wonderful to work with. The condo at Ocean Reef was perfect. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day.

This was a last minute booking due to we couldn’t decide if we should go to Panama City know Tropical Storm Fred was brewing in the gulf. We are glad we decided to go and Jessica with GretasPoperties made it easy to get booked. She was very helpful with any questions we had before or during our trip. We have been to Panama City Beach a lot and have stayed in different condos from the east side to the west side of the beach. Ocean Reef #702 is by far the best condo we have stayed. Hopefully this condo will be available next year when we head to the beach. If it’s not, I would say we may change the dates to make sure we can get #702. The condo was very clean throughout. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the family. Nothing better then getting to relax on the balcony that is extremely nice and roomy. If you can’t tell from this review, we recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to enjoy a vacation in a clean environment and not have to deal with crowded beaches. Thank you for a great stay.
