This home has been completely remodeled -- and we want it to be enjoyed.

Owner's have discounted the home BASED ON A 6 PERSON OCCUPANCY (even though the home can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12) !

The discounted rates are based off of what owner's charged the past 3 years -- and prices shown include the discount. Remember -- it is based on 6 people -- there will be a small upcharge for additional guests.

There is a minimum 4 nite stay May thru June with a nightly rate of $1250

Beginning July 10, the nightly rate is $897 with a minimum of 4 nights, $5,000 for the week, or $14,500 for the month

All rental rates are plus 13% occupancy tax for rentals less than 181 nights, a property application fee of $200, and an EXIT Cleaning Charge. On stays, longer than 10 nights, or for more than 8 guests, there will be an additional cleaning charge.

This home is AWESOME Home for Family Holiday Vacations, a monthly Seasonal (or multiple months) Rental, Spring & Summer Getaways, The Boat Show, Late Fall, Winter Holidays AND even just to get away.

Great workspace for those who want to get away to work on a project and have great beach walks.

This home is located in the Exclusive Harbor Beach -- Neighborhood & literally just a minute or two walk to beach (we provide the wagon). Very Private backyard. Updated inside . Central Location!

LOCATION

Fort Lauderdale Beach is known to be one of the best beaches in the area because there is no pier at this section of the beach & only 1 parking lot. So it's only locals who know about this gorgeous beach-You are in for a treat!

This home has been recently updated with Impact Windows, New Exterior Paint, and updated Primary en-suite Bath and the Hallway Baths.

The beautiful Harbor Beach Marriott Hotel is directly across the street with a wonderful spa. And the Bahia Mar Convention complex is literally just 3 blocks North. Wonderful World Class Restaurants & shopping are within walking distance & many casual restaurants as well -- Uber usually arrives within 2 min.

It's my guess the privacy factor is why 3 different professional athletes have chosen this home over my mega mansions when they came with their families. This home has the same amenities -- it is just more private. And they have returned!

This home was remodeled in 2019 & most recently February 2022 (updated Master & Hallway baths) and is 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.

There are only tile floors in this home with a few area rugs.

GOING TO THE BEACH

There is a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler on wheels for the beach -- and, it's about a 90 second to walk -- maybe 2 minutes with toddlers. There is even a traffic light about 20 steps from the driveway to make it easy to cross

Seabreeze Escape is located in an upscale NE Fort Lauderdale FL neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything down to the beach towels and spices.

1- Please check your dates before booking as we advertise on multiple platforms and do not sync our calendars

2- Pricing and EXIT Cleaning fees are based on an occupancy of 8 guests or less. There will be an increased rental rate and EXIT Cleaning based on number of people, length of stay and time of year.

3- Should you need to book with a credit card, we may need to book you through a different platform and there is a 4 to 10% credit card convenience fee.
