Den offers a 70"Smart TV equip with cable, Netflix, Amazon, DVD all tied into the Sonos music system. Guitar is available for musicians. Master bedroom has sliding doors to the lanai, King bed, wall mounted TV , Sonos speakers and ceiling fan. Master Bath offers a choice of a soaking tub or a walk in shower & 2 sinks. About the owner: Hi, I'm Ken and live in Chicago. I have 2 married children and 3 grand kids. Years ago we would go to Ft Myers to escape the cold Chicago winter. We found that Ft Myers has a great airport offering low priced direct flights. We discovered downtown Ft Myers which is still a hidden gem.
In 2018 I purchased the condo and completely redid it... new flooring, paint, window treatments, furniture, & lighting. It's professionally decorated very comfortable and inviting.
Why this property? The Ft Myers River District offers more than the typical golf community. A short walk, bike ride or free trolley ride puts you in lively historic downtown Ft Myers. There are bars, restaurants, theater & festivals to enjoy.
Take a short drive down beautiful palm tree lined McGregor Blvd to Sanibel/Captiva Island or Ft Myers Beach to enjoy the Gulf surf. Many golf courses are an easy drive throughout the area. What I enjoy the most is sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by on the Caloosahatchee River with the view of the resort style pool area. Beautiful sunsets are an added bonus.
