About the host: The owner lives in suburban Chicago and is in the banking industry.
Familiar with the Naples and Orlando Florida areas, the owner has invested in Florida real estate because of not only the climate but the economic climate as well.

Why this property? This property, although close to lakes and several golf courses is also only 25 minutes from the ocean and close by March Island.
I have looked at several properties in the Naples area but found nothing that can match the community for the amenities and location this property offers.
