Seasonal gives you a 10% discount and means that you rent 3 to 4 months
The City of Dania Beach has a 5 nightt min stay requirement on Short-Term (vacation) rentals and max occupancy on a Short-Term Rental (less than 6 months) is 10 guests -- This house would comfortably accommodate 8 adult guests and an infant plus a small child (up to age 10)
NOTE we break up the Holiday weeks -- Christmas week checkout is 12/26 -- New Year's week ck in is 12/27

nite price is $1250 per nite -- city has a 5-night min ordinance/7 nite price is $7,000
ANNUAL RENTAL RATES: $11,500 /month w/ 3 months paid in advance and a $10,000 Security Deposit (additional 10% discount does not apply). Annual Tenants pay their own utilities -- Owner pays pool and yard maintenance.
When you rent for 181 nites or more (6 -10 months) -- $12,000 per month w/3 months paid in advance and a $10,000 Security Deposit -- This option allows a Tenant to avoid paying the 13% occupancy Tax
On Extended stays of 10 or more days, we do require a mid-stay cleaning (s)-- and every 3 weeks on a Seasonal, 6 month or Annual rental by our Housekeeping Team.
