Location, location, location. The condo is located within the Santa Maria Harbor Resort. The Resort has elevators, a beautiful heated community pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling and boating docks that play host manatees and dolphins. The beach right across the street !!!

The spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is located on the first floor overlooking the marina and docks. You will enjoy siting on the screened lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning, or cocktail in the evening..... If you're lucky, you may be graced with catching manatees frolicking in the marina !!

The home has two upstairs bedrooms. The Master has a new king size firm beutyrest mattress so you can get a great night sleep after a stressful day at the beach !! :)
Guest bedroom has two twins. Both bedrooms come with their own bathrooms and showers. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. There is building Wifi and cable TV with over 300 channels . There are flat screen TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit has a downstairs bathroom and modern kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and a full set of kitchenware and utensils. It’s also equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and everything else you’ll need to be fully functional. All linens and towels are included as well as starter toiletries.

Once you are done with your outdoor activities, you can cool down quickly, as new air conditioning unit has recently been installed. So get away and enjoy your piece of paradise ... You deserve it !!!

Right across the street from the beach on the south end of the Island.
You also are next to Fish Tale Marina where you can charter a boat.... Plus you can walk to Santini Marine Plaza., which has numerous restaurants, shops, post office, walk-in medical clinic, nail & beauty shop, hardware, liquor store, farmers market and more. Nearby is a 7-eleven, CVS and Pincher’s Restaurant with live music. Downtown’s “Times Square” is close-by as well as a Publix Market and you can either drive or take the community trolley, which makes a stop right by the resort.
