HURRICANE UPDATE, October 29, 2024

Having a condo on the ground floor directly on the beach is always a fantastic thing. But this year with hurricanes Helene and Milton, its been a challenge. Hurricane Helene storm surge caused 3 inches of water to enter our unit. In addition, Milton tore up the property. We are in the process of fixing both our condo and trhe property, but as a precaution I returned deposits for February and March of 2025 to the renters.

I am putting the unit back on the market hopeful we can have both the condo unit and the property ready to go by February 1st. I will continue to provide updates on my ad, and if I am confident it will be ready, I will take deposits for February and March starting in early January.
