Carolyn is super to work with on booking and responds quickly with issues. We love regency towers and stay there often. The owners of this unit do need to do some minor repairs. Bathroom cabinet door doesn’t close properly. The deck has rough spots in the concrete and lose railing. Small holes in the walls . TLC would be appreciated. Overall it’s nice unit and great location.

Carol had the best communication I've seen from rental agencies. I knew exactly what I needed before I needed it. We loved our condo and all the amenities Regency has to offer. We will be using Breakaway Vacations for our future trips to PCB!!
