Beautiful, updated and clean house in great location. Pineapple Cottage exceeded expectations. We booked last minute to get away with another family and we were extremely pleased by what we found. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the communal space was plentiful for all 8 of us and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Everything in the house was nice, new and/or in perfect condition (bedding, towels, pots and pans, fans, coffee maker, etc). The outdoor space was also exceptional. Beautiful and well maintained clean pool and hot tub. The grill worked great and allowed for a few BBQs. Additionally the outdoor shower allowed for easy and quick rinse off after the mornings at the beach which is a quick 7-8 minute walk from the house! The beach is 3 blocks west and we walked with a few kids in tow everyday with no complaints from them! It was that quick and easy. Additionally the famed Pine Ave is only a block away - which meant the Donut Experience (yummm!), shops, and the general store were all within a 5 minute walk from the house (a huge perk for both kids and adults)- we parked the car upon arrival and never had to drive it again until we left. Even adult dinners out were a simple walk (10 minutes or less) down the street. If you’re looking for a low key beach town but are discerning about you stay, this is your place! great for a few couples or 1-2 small families. Also I should note that the host was extremely responsive both before and during our stay as questions came up. Would definitely rent again!

This place was fantastic! We were 3 couples who wanted to reconnect from college & had a blast!! The pool was beautiful and had a shallow area for the young kids, and the beach/pier are right down the road! the appliances were updated and there were plenty of areas to gather OR separate if needed! We had a FANTASTIC experience!!

We loved pineapple house. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The house is gorgeous! Plenty of space for our group of 6. The heated pool/spa was perfect for our December trip. Location couldn’t be better - close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the cute shops in Pine. We will definitely be back!

“This cottage is perfect for any family gathering. There were four adults and two very small children and we just loved all the features. The pool is great for small children with the very shallow part in the one area. We love the outdoor space - perfect for playing games and socializing even when it’s pouring rain. The kitchen area is a great size. The appliances are wonderful. It was everything we expected and even more. The staff was very professional. They answered every question quickly and honestly. They were wonderful to work with before and during our stay. You will not be disappointed with this property. It is walking distance from shops, the bay and the gulf, and a few restaurants. Enjoy!!”

Absolutely loved this house. It’s on a quiet street but easily within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would call this a 3-bedroom house. The 4th bedroom is really a den with a trundle bed. We couldn’t get to the bicycles to use them. The ice maker was broken and apparently had been for awhile. We loved the pool but it is smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe. The house was clean and there’s plenty of seating inside and out. We liked the TV on the back patio as we could hook our phones up to it to play music.

Pineapple Cottage is a great place for vacationing @ , beds are comfortable, & the outdoor area with pool & hot tub is the place to hang . . . Great location for a short walk to the beach & several other local restaurants & shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location for the beach (4 blocks away). Also some good restaurants and a seafood market within walking distance. Amenities at house including kitchen cookware, washer/dryer, gas grill and pool were great. Very nice landscaping provided additional privacy for the pool. If you have a bicycle and can get it to Pineapple Cottage, bring it. A beach cart/wagon is a really good idea for walking to the beach. If you want a golf cart, reserve early. Not much parking at the beach for a golf cart but bicycle parking is available. We would rent again if we have another family event in the area.

Such a cute little cottage! Close to the beach from either direction. Only a block away from the shops on Pine Street and a block away in the other direction to the fitness center. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Pineapple Cottage was everything we hoped it would be...relaxing, private, accommodating. The backyard pool and spa area is beautifully landscaped making for a very intimate setting. The house is bright and roomy and was perfect for our group of 7. Any questions/problems we had were quickly answered by our host.

This home was such a treat. The hot tub, pool and outdoor living were so much fun. The beds were comfortable. There were fans and TV’s in each room so I could watch HGTV when everyone was watching football. Loved it. The home was close to everything.
