Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Half bath. Convenience of having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Additional large capacity machines located on each floor. Master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, dresser and 42’ Led TV. Window treatments allow clear view shade and blackout for night. Master bath with clean white linens and plenty of closet space. Iron/ironing board. Hairdryer in the unit. Free high speed WIFI with private unit internet WiFi password. Unit includes Free Valet parking. Building features lobby with 24 security, fitness center, large pool, paved beach boardwalk, direct beach access with chairs for use by residents.
Occupancy: Up to 4 persons. 10 day minimum.. Lease must be signed illustrating all terms and conditions.
A $500 security deposit is required to reserve the unit and returned immediately upon departure after inspection minus $150 cleaning fee.
Interaction with guest:
Owner will greet you personally with fobs in the lobby of the building and show you to unit, beach access, gym and pool. Digital code will be provided at or just before arrival.
Area Information
Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road, Española Way and within 10 minutes to the New World Symphony, the Performing Arts Center and the Opera House. It's also walking distance to the world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resorts. Public transportation stop to all destinations is located across the street from the building. Excellent shopping, dining, art galleries and nightlife are also 10 minutes away at Midtown Miami, Miami's Design District and the Shops at Bal Harbour. Vacation right on one of the world's most beautiful beaches, with its beautiful people, international cuisine, incredible nightlife, celebrity watching and unrivaled shopping.
Getting around:
Bus line to and from South Beach and Downtown Miami is located in front of the building. Uber is also a convenient and economical way to get around. Bicycles and scooters can be rented two block away.

My spouse and I can't say enough great things about this condo. It's even nicer than the pictures show. If we could give it 10 stars we would. The building itself is beautifully maintained. This is a very large unit that is very clean. The unit has its own personal laundry and dryer which was a must for us. As well, the couch is very comfortable (another must have for us too). It's a full kitchen with all dishes, cutlery, cookware and appliances. He has put high quality sheets on the bed too! ...But our evening highlight was the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony with a nice view of the stars. The location is unbeatable. There's a bike/running/walking path right outside the building that leads to South Beach and goes up as far as Bal Harbor. The convenience of the stores around the corner, and a trolley stop outside the front door, makes it easy to get around. To top it all off, the landlord Carlos is fantastic. He accommodated us to ensure we had a great stay and he always responded immediately. We truly love it here and can't wait to return!

I stayed as a guest in this fantastic apartment for a total of six weeks and was absolutely thrilled! Carlos is a wonderful and extremely helpful host. He was very attentive and always available. Communication with him was excellent—easy and quick. Whenever I had questions, he was immediately there to assist.The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very spacious, featuring a large TV in the living room and an additional TV in the private bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The apartment lacks nothing. The kitchen is very well-equipped, including a dishwasher. There’s also a private washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. The balcony is particularly inviting in the evenings, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning sunset.This was my first time staying in this apartment, and I would gladly return anytime. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, as I felt extremely comfortable here. The reception/security staff and valet parking team were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Carlos, and hopefully see you again soon!

The location is excellent. The beach is across condo. Very easy to get to downtown or South Beach or North Beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything. it was easy to communicate with Carlos, the owner. The parking is in the building and that's a big bonus because we rented a car during our stay. We will visit again.
